Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how China Palace 富華 uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage (for example to remember items in your basket).

How we use them

We primarily use strictly necessary cookies and storage so the site can function. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers on this site.

Types we use

• Authentication — to keep you signed in to a customer or staff account (session cookies managed by our auth provider).
• Basket / preferences — local storage so your cart and basic checkout choices persist while you browse.
• Security — short-lived tokens that help protect forms from automated abuse.
• Site notices — remembering if you dismissed an on-site notice (where that feature is enabled).

Consent

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, parts of the site (such as sign-in or keeping a basket) may not work correctly.
